- Remaining balance must be cleared before ticket/visa release (if applicable).
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies depend on airlines, hotels, and service providers, not solely on us.
- Some bookings are non-refundable.
- If a refund is eligible, processing time depends on the concerned airline or vendor.
- Service charges, consultancy fees, and processing fees are non-refundable.
Passport & Visa Responsibility
- All travelers must ensure valid passport and required documents.
- Submission of documents does not guarantee visa approval.
- Visa approval/rejection is the sole discretion of the immigration authority.
- Express Holidays is not liable for visa refusal or delays.
Travel Insurance
We recommend clients obtain travel insurance.
We are not responsible for:

- Accidents or injuries
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

- Arrive on time for flights and tours

Any losses due to client negligence are the client’s responsibility.

- Airlines and hotels may change or cancel schedules.
- Weather, political issues, or technical failures may impact travel.
- Express Holidays is not responsible for delays or losses caused by these factors.
- We will assist where possible, but compensation is not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Third-party service errors
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemic)
- Lost belongings
- Personal injuries during travel
Our liability is limited only to services issued directly by Express Holidays.
