Booking & Payments

✅ Reservations:

• All bookings require a deposit (20-50% of total cost).

• Full payment due 30 days before departure (shorter deadlines for peak seasons).

❌ Cancellations:

• 90% refund if canceled 45+ days before travel.

• 50% refund if canceled 15-44 days before.

• No refund within 14 days.

💳 Payment Methods:

• We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and approved Islamic finance options.

Travel Documents & Visa

🛂 Passport Validity:

• Must be valid for 6+ months beyond travel dates.

✈️ Visa Responsibility:

• We assist with applications but cannot guarantee approval (subject to embassy discretion).

• Pilgrims must provide accurate documents; falsified info voids all refunds.

Changes & Force Majeure

🔄 Amendments:

• Date/hotel changes permitted (fees apply; subject to availability).

⚡ Unavoidable Events:

• No liability for cancellations due to wars, pandemics, or Saudi policy changes. Credit will be issued for future travel.

Health & Safety

🏥 Vaccinations:

• Mandatory as per Saudi requirements (e.g., meningitis, COVID-19).

👵 Special Needs:

• Notify us in advance for wheelchair access or medical requests.

Conduct & Liability

🕌 In Makkah/Madinah:

• Strictly follow Saudi laws (no photography in Haram during prayers).

📉 Limitation of Liability:

• Not responsible for lost luggage, flight delays, or personal injuries.
