Refund Policy – Express Holidays

At Express Holidays, we always aim to provide the best travel experience. However, refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, embassies, and other third-party suppliers involved in your booking.

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled.

General Refund Terms

  • All refund requests must be submitted through official communication channels (email/WhatsApp/call).
  • Refunds are processed only if the third-party supplier approves it.
  • Our service charges, consultation fees, and processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund amounts and processing times may vary depending on suppliers.

Flights / Airline Tickets

  • Refund eligibility depends on the airline’s fare rules.
  • Some tickets are completely non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, the airline decides:
    • Refund amount
    • Deductions
    • Processing time
  • Airline penalties for cancellation will apply.

Hotel Bookings

  • Refunds depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy.
  • Bookings during peak season or special events may be non-refundable.
  • No-show or late check-in may result in no refund.

Visa Services

  • Visa fees are non-refundable, even if the visa is rejected.
  • Embassy fees, biometric fees, and courier charges are not refundable.
  • Our consultancy fee is also non-refundable.

Umrah & Tour Packages

  • Refunds depend on airlines, hotels, transportation partners, and ground operators.
  • Any partial usage of services will reduce or void refund eligibility.
  • Group package deposits are usually non-refundable.

Service Charges

The following are always non-refundable:

  • Consultancy charges
  • Processing charges
  • File preparation & documentation fees
  • Bank transfer charges
  • Third-party online payment fees

Refund Processing Time

  • Airline refunds may take 15–45 working days
  • Hotels and tours may take 7–30 working days
  • International refunds can take longer

We cannot issue refunds until suppliers release funds.

Force Majeure / Beyond Our Control

No refunds are issued for cancellations due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather issues
  • Pandemic situations
  • Strikes, protests, or war
  • Travel bans
  • Airport/airline technical delays

We will assist, but we do not guarantee compensation.

Customer Responsibility

Refund may be denied if:

  • Wrong information was provided
  • Documents were not submitted on time
  • Customer violated airline/visa rules
  • Customer failed to arrive on travel date
