Cancellation Policy – Express Holidays
At Express Holidays, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains the rules and conditions for cancelling bookings made through us.
By booking any service with Express Holidays, you agree to the cancellation terms of airlines, hotels, embassies, transportation partners, and other third-party suppliers involved in your travel.
General Cancellation Rules
- All cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels (email / WhatsApp / phone).
- Cancellation charges will apply based on the rules of the airline, hotel, tour operator, or embassy.
- Service, processing, and consultancy fees are non-refundable once the booking process has started.
- Express Holidays reserves the right to refuse cancellation if third-party rules do not allow it.
Flight / Airline Ticket Cancellations
- Cancellation is subject to the airline’s fare rules.
- Many promotional or discounted airfares are non-refundable and non-changeable.
- If cancellation is allowed, the airline may deduct:
- Penalties
- No-show charges
- Service provider fees
- Refunds will only be issued after the airline releases the funds.
Hotel Cancellations
- Hotel cancellation depends on the property’s policy.
- Some hotel bookings—especially during peak seasons—may be non-refundable.
- No-show, early checkout, or late arrival may result in full charges with no refund.
Umrah & Tour Package Cancellations
- Group packages often require deposits that are non-refundable.
- Airfare, hotel, transportation, ground services, and visa fees may not be refundable once booked.
- Any used portion of a package automatically voids cancellation rights.
Visa Service Cancellations
- Once documentation and submission have started, visa fees cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Embassy fees, biometric fees, courier charges, and consultancy fees are non-refundable.
Transportation Services
- Airport transfers and inter-city transportation follow the cancellation policy of the provider.
- Last-minute cancellations may be fully chargeable.
Cancellation by Express Holidays
We may cancel a booking if:
- Customer fails to make payment
- Incorrect information or documents are submitted
- External factors (security, safety, travel restrictions)
In such cases, refunds depend on supplier policies.
Force Majeure – Beyond Control
No cancellations or refunds apply due to:
- Natural disasters
- Weather conditions
- Strikes or riots
- War or political unrest
- Pandemic or health restrictions
- Airline or airport technical issues
We will assist where possible, but compensation is not guaranteed.
Processing Time
If a refund is allowed after cancellation:
- Airlines may take 15–45 working days
- Hotels/Tours 7–30 working days
- International suppliers may take longer
Express Holidays cannot refund until funds are released by suppliers.
